I’m not sure how familiar you all are with “wonder weeks” but it was a life saver in understanding my first born’s crankiness/cluster feeding/sleep regressions when he was smaller. It’s a great tool for first time moms especially, as well as all parents! There’s an app and a book for it and it’s 110% worth it. I paid for the digital book within the app and will definitely use it again with our second baby.

There is also usually a group for it on Facebook if you also find that helpful. I most certainly did.

So for instance- the group for mamas expecting our November babes would be like “Wonder Weeks November 2021 babies”

And it’s great to have that community of parents who have babies in the same age group/babies going through similar “mental growth spurts” (aka leaps) and development, etc. Obviously we all know babies meet milestones at different times and that is perfectly fine but it is a great tool I ALWAYS recommend to new mamas!! ❤️
