Hey mummy’s

So I went for a scan at 9weeks 2 days but baby measured 9 weeks 5 days so the sonograph person said to go by that so I would be 11 weeks 2 days, is it normal for symptoms to come ago last 2 days boobs haven’t been as sore I’m still feeling really tired and crampy is this normal, I v not experienced blood of anything and cramps aren’t bad. Iv also experienced some pain where my kidneys is on the right side of my back? Iv been tested for uti everything’s normal
