Stress relief

What is your stress relief? Whether it be good habits like running or yoga or drawing or gardening or less healthy ones like binging snacks. My friend and I were discussing how we deal and she’s reflected on a history of turning to food, which she is trying to be more aware of. Before Covid and pregnancy and in my 20s I was a little too into exercise as a stress relief and now I like to do puzzles lol.
