I usually don't have acne on my face and now i freaked out

It could be your phone against your face or maybe try washing your pillow (silk is best) that would be my guess in regards to what might have caused it. I’d suggest Cetaphil also. It’s great for skin and has no fragrance!

I’ve never really had severe acne but I did have a breakout last year with it all around my forehead and cheeks. Nothing would get rid of it, I swapped face wash and tried different ones. Nothing helped. So I started using benzoyl peroxide (acnecide) it’s in a white and purple tube. Got rid of it quite quickly and I continue to use it. It can cause skin irritation though so just make sure you moisturise or put some Vaseline on the spot after to get rid of dry patches.
