Most of my eczema looks like ringworm but it’s not. Feel free to talk to the pediatrician but I suspect it’s just eczema considering the location

I think it looks more like eczema, personally. Any chance you have a black light? That would tell you for sure besides having him looked at by his ped obv 🤪

Looks like my son’s discoid eczema - which I thought was ring worm when it first showed up. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Try hydrocortisone cream and an eczema-friendly lotion like Eucerin or Cetraben.
