We broke up and I recently moved out. We have a 2 year old together and usually if he gets in contact it’s regarding our child. He messaged me earlier today asking about our child and mentioned he would come pick him up for the weekend tomorrow after work, which i said fine no problem, and i left it at that. Then about an hour later he sent me this? Do you think hes missing our relationship and trying to reach out?

** i should go into a little more detail, our relationship was toxic and he was quite abusive, so i dont think that hes being polite and i dont want him back, our child is 2 so very unlikely to say something which would prompt him to message me.
