I'm 24 and working at McDonald's. It's just something to get me a little money while I finish up school. I was at the cash register with this 16 year old boy and this women comes up with her 5 kids to make orders. All the kids are talking over each other and he's trying to get the order. He's barely been here a month. He's trying really hard but the kids keep talking over each other and when the lady orders she talks down to him like he's stupid. After they got their food she comes storming back up yelling at this poor 16 year old about the order being wrong. He says he's sorry and she says "Are you autistic or something?! How dumb can you be! This isn't a fucking Big Mac!" Poor kid starts having tears going and she says "Oh my god! Can you get a manager. Or at least someone who won't cry!" I step in and say "Why are you yelling and making a 16 year old cry?" She asked if I was the manager. I said no but I'm someone who won't cry so we can talk. She told me she wants to complain to the manager and tell her if she's gonna hire kids don't hire incompetent ones. I told her to stop raising her voice. This bitch says "Can I speak to someone American!" .... I'm Mexican American.... I told her that and she goes "Suurrreee, and he(pointing to the 16 year old) isn't retarded. So yeah... Fuck this job. I said "You know what. Get tf out". She asked if I talk to all customers that way and I said "Just the ones that are stupid bitches get TF out." She said she would be calling corporate and never come back here again. I said "Whatever you stupid ass bitch." I was pretty sure I was gonna lose my job but another coworker said "This is McDonald's. You don't get fired for cussing at customers." A few days later and nothing. Whatever happens though I regret nothing.

Edit: Okay... So about the ice cream machine. 90% of the time that shit ain't broken. Nobody wants to clean it. Actually funny thing is a lot of the when we say it's broken an employee is eating ice cream right then🤣🤣🤣
