Negative NIPT and isolated EIF

Hi all, wondering if anyone has had a negative NIPT and then gone in for their 18/19 week ultrasound only for the technician to identify an isolated EIF? Dr said it’s an anomaly and I shouldn’t be worried but can’t help it since it seems to be a super soft marker of DS. Anyone else experience this? TIA!
