Good heat rash product ?

My 1 month old daughter has heat rash all over her face , and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions on what to use? I would rather something that’s organic but I am open to other options

At one month probably baby acne, it's hormonal you don't have to do anything

It’s more likely baby acne than heat rash. If it’s heat rash, the bigger problem is your baby getting that hot

Bicarb/baking soda in bathwater...you could also mix a tiny bit with water & gently rub on her face, leave for a few mins then wash off
