My boss made the very thoughtful gesture to personally deliver a handwritten birthday card and liquor store gift card with a note, “put it towards your favourite bottle of something”. I work in pro-sports and am the only woman on my team. I didn’t have the heart to remind him that I am not drinking 🤰😂
