I personally use tampons in the daytime/ when I’m running around doing things. But overnight or if I’m just hanging out at home I use pads. I don’t like using pads throughout the day because even If one can’t, I feel as if everyone can tell I’m wearing a pad? Weird, I know. But I don’t necessarily like tampons at all times either because they’re not always the most comfortable

I switched to period panties last year and love it. It's obviously an investment, but if you have the cash I definitely think they're worth it. I use Thinx on my heavier days, and Intimate Apparel (Amazon) on my lighter days.

For me personally: I'm the future I definitely want to use tampons. I heard they're more comfortable and just nicer in general 🤷🏼‍♀️ but for now, I use pads. At the beginning, I used Facelle Pads, but I personally I don't know how I feel about them 😂 but Always Pads are definitely good :)
