First trimester kicking my butt

Ok, so this is my third pregnancy and I’ve had nausea each time, nothing out of the ordinary. Except this time I feel ill. Like when you have the flu, all achy and feverish. I don’t actually have a fever or have any other symptoms like cough or runny nose or anything. Just overall malaise. I wanted to see if anyone else is having a rough start. I’m only 6 weeks along, so I haven’t seen my midwife yet. I just really feel awful everyday and was hoping for some words of wisdom from others who may have experienced something similar. Could it be age? I’ve heard that pregnancies get harder the older you are. I’m almost 30, which I know isn’t old, but still oldER then I was when I had my last two... 🤷‍♀️
