depends on the state but pls be careful doing this. delta 8 isn’t all that good for you even if you’re in a non legal state i would (personally) much prefer real flower and if you’re worried about a drug test just resort to cbd all together. i’ve had delta 8 a few times myself and it’s okay i just don’t trust it because it’s an man made imitation and noooo telling what kind of chemicals are in it
