Sore throat?

What are you mommas taking for a sore throat? It’s too late to double check with my doctor but I need to do something! My daughter is sick and I think I’m catching what she has.

Go to Walmart or any store near you and pick this up! Drink twice a day for 2-3 days WITH HONEY and lemon and you’ll be good !!

For me to gargle is the best option. Salt water (measurements or on the internet) or herbs like camomile. If it’s bacterial you can get something to gargle without alcohol at the drug store.

You can have cough drops/throat lozenges! I had a cold about a month ago and had to figure out how to relieve one myself

I’d like to know this too, can’t sleep because I can’t breathe through my nose so my throat is killing now 😩
