First menstrual period after birth?
I gave birth two months ago.
After giving birth I was bleeding for a little more than a month.
Im currently using birth control and now I’m having my menstrual period and it’s making me feel with no energy and very thirsty on top of breastfeeding. Im not giving my baby boy any formula by choice.
Having to lose blood and breastfeeding at the same time is really not a good feeling.
Any suggestions on how to keep my body hydrated?
