I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant and had some spotting 8 days ago after I rode my bike but it was only when I wiped once and stopped , today I been having a headache I didn’t eat a proper breakfast and feeling dizzy so I ate a cereal later on the day and started spotting again mild cramping I have a ten year old and never spotted w him I’m in the hospital to get peace of mind 😔
