Help with clogged duct

My right boob is SO sore. On the outside of it, near my armpit. Feels like my boob is being stabbed. I’ve tried massaging it, warm compress, nursing more on that side, pumping forever. It still kills. My skin is starting to become red where it hurts which worries me that it could be developing into mastitis.

Anyone have any tips on how to relieve this? Or do I call my doctor for an antibiotic? Which doctor do you even call for this? Lol your primary or OBGYN?

Never had this with my first baby and I breastfed for a year! 😩🙃
