How can I unclog my milk ducts?

My left has a hard painful lump/lumps and when I breast feed he does ok and when I pump on that same side I don’t get much and I been feeling like he’s not getting full from that side like he usually does. Please give me advice. It hurts and I’m already on antibiotics from the mastitis

When I had mastitis I put one of those heating pads that you fill with hot water. I made the water boiling hot and tried to keep it on that area for as long as I could stand it. You can also breastfeed your baby while you’re leaning over him to let gravity help clear the ducts. This is what helped me. 
And if you’re not getting much out of pump, it may be that the flanges are too big or small.

Everyone needs these on hand.
I can’t suggest it enough.
Get them both on amazon.
If I feel a lump coming on I start using these like crazy and I’ve saved myself multiple times now!!!
Also the electric toothbrush or vibrator on the clog!!! I used it all day long and it saved me!!!

I had a clogged duct and it took 2 hours of pumping and constant massage to get everything out. I was in hell. But thankfully it was over.
