What should I be feeling ?

Okay ! Hi ! So I did clomid and trigger shot 36 hours later we did iui ! ( we had 4 follicles)

I go to test on tuesday - I have some slight plain in my lower abdomen but nothing serious it comes and goes and a lot of lower back pain - I am taking progesterone suppositories so idk if any of this if from that or mayyybee just maybeeee ? We have been trying for 9 years so I feel like every month I say oh this is new then AF shows up and i feel like a ass.

Should I be feeling something ? Or it’s okay and there is still hope if I don’t feel anything ? What the heck !! Help please
