7 weeks 5 days and no heartbeat detected

Hi everyone, I got an Ultrasound today and they couldn’t detect baby’s heartbeat. I have a follow up in 5 days to see if things have changed. I can’t take another bad news anymore since I had miscarried twins back in Nov. Does anyone know a successful pregnancy after no heartbeat detected? Please pray for me😭💔
