Bed time 11 week old
What time does your LO fall asleep for the night? We start bedtime routine at 7.30 but can’t get her down until about 10.30pm. She wakes up properly at 10.30am the next morning with waking at 3.30, 5.30 and 7 am. How can I shift this? Or will it go naturally?
