Week 7 sudden lack of nausea, am i ok?

Hi everyone. This is my first pregnancy after ttc for years. I tried a diff prenatal last night which claims its gentler but it was 3 capsules instead of my usual 1 tab.. so i kinda expected my nausea to be worse but instead, this morning I woke up with no nausea. I had an itchy throat that I kept trying to clear so I kept coughing but using mouthwash and brushing helped that a little (not sure if thats heartburn?). Anyway, could my baby ok if I went from feeling nauseous daily/middle of the night the past week to not feeling nauseous now? I still got up to pee twice at night. Thank you
