Need guidance

hi i'm 24 y/o, I've been TTC for 1 1/2 year now, i always had unregular period and sharp pain while on my period. now i'm just at a point where i'm thinking about infertility.. what shoud be my next move? should i just relax and still try or should i consult ? Honestly i feel like i'm in a dead end.. did anyone ever had similar situation ? what did the Dr do at first?
