Am I pregnant?

I just had a miscarriage April 30th And bled for 6 days. I took a blood test and a home pregnancy test the day after and it said my hcg was 0. I just took a test today and the test says positive. Would I still have hormones in my system that would make the test give a false positive? My doctors office isn't open until Tuesday and I don't know. I don't want to get too excited or too disappointed. Does it sound like pregnancy to you all?
