Is this lookin good or too soon to tell? Af due in 7 days, longest wait ever! Wish there was a way to know right away!!

Still too early, but you might start noticing symptoms in a couple days. Right around now is when it would be implanting, and if you get symptoms at all they usually don't start til a couple days after implantation. If you don't conceive, bbt will drop about a day or two before AF comes. Good luck!
