Introduced one bottle of breast milk a day starting at 6 weeks.

My daughter did great with both the bottle and the breast. (She did both as I was in school and she went to day care for a couple hours)
My nephew breastfed the first little while but then his mom had to go back to work and only wanted the bottle from then on. 
My sister’s 2 daughter refused to take bottles. They tried multiple bottles multiple times and they never wanted them.

Daughter- Day 1, she was In NICU for 24 hours and I wasn’t producing enough. Once we got home we waited until 3 weeks. No problems.
Son - We just introduced around 4 weeks, all went well. Using same bottles with new nipples.

My son did, we gave him 2-3 bottles a week, starting the week we got home from hospital since I was in a wedding 3 weeks postpartum. We haven’t tried a bottle with our now 2 week old, but plan to soon
