Should i be concerned? Idk

Okay i took anthromycin about 2.5 weeks ago and i started to feel better and so did my vagina... I ended up getting my period like 2 days after taking it but everything still normal. After it ended I had SMALL white clumps in my discharge (for maybe 4 days then i saw no more) but other then the very tiny specs, my discharge was normal... fast forward to now, for the past 3 days there has been no clumps but an odd smell... Its not like my usual smell, but I smell it for like a couple seconds and then it goes away..... Should i be concerned?

And certain parts of my tattoos have been rising & itchy during this time too... Idk if it might help

Im not super quick to go to the doctors due to health care so im just making sure cause when i look up whats happening to me on google... nothing actually fits imo.
