Could I be pregnant?????

So today I am 9 days late for my period.. Today I have had all kinds of crazy twingy pulling feelings in my lower abdomen the last 5 days or so and a couple sharp pains in my vag yesterday but no sign of my period starting... I have been extra tired this last week.. My boobs seem a little bigger but not crazy sensitive... I also have been having extra watery cervical mucous, that ive run to the bathroom a few times over the last few days because I thought maybe I had started my period but it was just watery mucous..  I was told that I have premature ovarian failure and that I couldnt get pregnant naturally so I started acupuncture and have been doing that weekly for 3 months now and praying that it helped me conceive.. Im afraid to test and get bad news.... Has anyone else been in the same boat and been pregnant or know anyone else who has??? If i dont start, I will take a test on Tuesday...
