Daytime Naps - do you wake after 2 hours or let baby sleep until they wake up?
Philosophies about newborn sleep seem to contradict each other. Assuming your baby is gaining weight well and has surpassed birth weight. What are your thoughts about daytime sleep for newborns? Wake every 2 hours to promote good sleep at night and avoid baby getting days and nights mixed up or let baby sleep until they wake up in the daytime because good daytime sleep promotes good nighttime sleep?
