Absolutely not!

You can’t get a “period” if pregnant but you can get abnormal bleeding (there are stories of this all over hence the show I didn’t know I was pregnant)! But it’s rare, & the only sure way to know would to be to test! So, you could test but with that much blood I wouldn’t bother personally

My period is like this every month. I go through a super plus every 1-3 hours the first few days. 
As for being pregnant, could you have been? Take a test.

You can’t get an actual period while pregnant. If you are concerned you are having a miscarriage, you would have to take a pregnancy test. If it is a miscarriage I recommend seeing your OBGYN to be safe.
