I heard if I'm exclusively breast-feeding it's harder to gain weight ?? I'm not sure if that's a myth or truth? 
Also what's a good diet I'm breastfeeding my baby what diet is recommended??￼

Actually, it can go either way. 
Some women drop weight like crazy when breastfeeding, but others store fat easier because of hormones like prolactin. It's really just a crap shoot as to which you'll get.
