Need advice

So I got my Nexplanon birth control taken out March 19th 2021 and I haven’t had a period since. I’m concerned because i’ve been waiting for it to come but hasn’t yet. I’ve had unprotected sex with my boyfriend multiple times after I got it take out but all the pregnancy test I take come back negative. Can I get pregnant without my period coming back after birth control was taken out? has this happened to anyone where they don’t have a period for months after getting birth control removed?
