What foods can cause miscarriage at 5-6 weeks?

Foods won’t necessarily cause a miscarriage. Miscarriages happen for a lot of different reasons, more commonly if your body recognises that your fetus isn’t developing as expected. 
However, with foods, there are some that may contain bacterias that won’t be good for you or baby; such as raw/undercooked meat, unpasteurised dairy. 
My doctor told me as long as I have them in moderation & not go crazy, I should be fine. (Although that might be different for a high risk pregnancy & might also be different to what your doctor suggests). That being said, I have had medium rare steak, sunny side up eggs, sushi/sashimi but everything is going great (I’m currently 21+ weeks)
