First trimester symptoms ?

I don’t exactly know how many weeks i am till i have my first appointment but my boobs and back are killing me as well as some cramps. When did this start for you if you had any of this and how far along were you in the first trimester??

I had no symptoms until mid 6 weeks 
My breast and nipples are sore , I’m ALWAYS SO HUNGRYYYY more so now that I’m 7 weeks. 
I’ll get lower back ache here and there , and sooooo TIREDDDDD. I take naps. 
A bit moody / emotional .
Other than that blessed to have no morning sickness .
I’ll have food aversions but no sickness .

My breasts hurt from 6DPO onwards, and my back felt like it was breaking at just 6 weeks. Small cramping at 3-4 weeks.
