Pregnancy runners
I’m in the first trimester and have been running! Last pregnancy I took it easy and didn’t run until second trimester because I was scared. Anyone else run “hard” in first trimester and everything was fine? Have been fine at three miles 8:40-9ish pace but ran four yesterday at 9:15 pace and felt sick the entire rest of the day! I know there are ways to do it safely and I definitely make sure I can talk while running. Just wondering if anyone got good run workouts in while first trimester pregnant
