First response this morning 3 days before af is suppose to arrive

I took this first response 5 days before AF

This is our first cycle trying so I don’t want to get my hopes up yet. In person the lines appear to have a pinkish color to them but it’s hard to capture. Has anyone receive very faint lines and ended up pregnant?

I have been cramping since last week especially in low back which normally I do not cramp until af arrives. My nipples are super sensitive. I know these can all be pms but it’s unusual for me so just wanting opinions.
