Baby acne ?

Baby is a month old and has facial acne now. Is it true I can put breast milk on her face and that’ll help? If so, how much & how frequently?

Yes! try! 
We wash babies face with warm washcloth , apply breastmilk and do a lil face massage & coconut oil or a safe balm and just leave on. Don't have to wash off or anything. Repeat in morning and at night with the warm compress, just helps a lil more. You can apply the breastmilk throughout the day .
Keep a container of breastmilk for "topical use" if you want to make it easier too. Also can apply to wounds, rashes, baths (which help a lot w/ acne) , cradle cap or dry skin, use as body moisturizer with mixing it with a body oil or lotion, make teething popsicles out of it. Even use it on your own acne. It's pretty cool !

Yes breastmilk can help, but it’s not my favorite cure. I tried it on my daughter and it got worse before I noticed any difference. I finally used Mustela cleansing water and Tubby Todd All over ointment and it literally started clearing overnight and was completely gone after 2 days.
