How do you keep your LO entertained?

I would like to know what toys or things that you use to keep your 11/12 month old entertained. No judgement. Mine just doesnt seem interested in the toys she has had for the last couple months. She wants to crawl around the house opening and closing cabinets or wants to find something anything new thats not a toy seems like.

Stacking cups & blocks. Regular blocks too. He’ll empty the container & then put them all back in.  He also surprisingly loves his fake broom and pretends to sweep the floor 🤣

Mine plays with his 2.5 year old sister a lot. He likes his walker, books, play kitchen things, especially pots and pans because they are the metal Ikea ones and therefore very loud 😂 he likes recycling a lot 😂 empty milk jugs, boxes, paper towel tubes etc. And blocks. He spends a ton of time climbing things and grabbing handles and door knobs to shake too. He occasionally plays with his toys 😂 but I have actually considered packing away a lot of them as they are neglected and make big messes as they get dumped out of bins and left on the floor.

My boy has zero interest in literally any toys 😂 he prefers “real life” things, his favourite being taking all the cards out of my purse, emptying things from a cupboard (I fill it a few cupboards in my kitchen with baby safe items and he does it whilst I cook, life saver), water play with lots of different pots and tubs and spoons!

Haha my LO LOVES opening/closing everything!! Right now, bc he’s on the move, he’s more interested in exploring the house lol But, I just setup his new water table and he is obsessed!!

Whenever she gets bored of her toys we play hide & seek. We’ll hide somewhere she can easily find us and yell out “where’s mama/dada” and she thinks it’s hilarious to find us. I also let her play with the Tupperware, or we’ll just lay on the couch and she’ll relax and watch coco melon.
