Early scan - 5 weeks

I had an early scan today, they were not able to see much and I'm measuring at 5 +1 which is about where I thought I was. They also found a fibroid as well as a polyp. They want me to come back in a few days to test again to make sure it does grow. I feel super worried, we ttc for 9 months and I had 1 chemical before this. Has anyone else had a similar situation?
