Do I eat a lot?
All my life I’ve seen women around me eat significantly less than me. I’ve never been overweight, I’ve always been thin to average. I’ve always had a big appetite and typically eat every few hours. I’ve tried to eat less but I normally get a headache and start feeling really bad physically when I do that. I typically only eat homemade food because I like to cook. So everything below I made myself. My in laws stayed with me this past week and kept commenting how I’m always eating or always hungry. It made me feel really self conscious like I’m doing something wrong.
This morning I had smashed avocado on toast and a fresh orange.
Between breakfast and lunch I had some tofu and broccoli with brown rice.
For lunch I had a tomato, cucumber, lettuce, bacon and cheese sandwich.
For a snack between lunch and dinner I had some baked French fries with ketchup, and then I had a Rice Krispie Treat.
For dinner I’m going to make spaghetti and meatballs with a side salad.
I may or may not have dessert.
