He’s clearly disinterested. It sucks and it hurts but if he’s leaving you on read and not responding to you then he isn’t into you. 
It’s takes 3 seconds to respond to a text snd even the busiest person can shoot you a text and say hey I’m really sorry. Swamped at work, I’ll text you when I’m off. 
Stop texting him and leave him be. He would respond if he wanted to. Don’t stop being yourself, while some guys may think you’re coming in too strong others may welcome someone with your passion. Good luck hun.

It's OK to be confident. It's OK to value yourself and know your worth. I can't tell based on just 2 text messages what the context of your relationship is/was but if you've been seeing each other for a short while, then this is entirely too much. If I were in that kind of situation and someone texted me that, I'd be creeped out and turned off from proceeding. 
On the other hand, if you two have been seeing each other for a longer period of time, have shared intimate experiences (not just sexually) etc., then he's probably just not that into you anymore.
Either way, he should make it clear what his intentions are.
