Head lag still?

Anyone’s 4 months old still have head lag?

My daughter is finally starting to do tummy time after not wanting to do it all her life. She’s lifting her head for brief periods really well. But when we hold her we still need to support her head constantly as it’s still extremely wobbly.

Of course I googled it and now I’m worried that this is a sign of autism ?!

She’s incredibly social and is meeting all other mile stones. But her head control is very concerning
