Freezing lactation cookies?

Katie

Hi all! As I'm nearing my due date/induction, I'm trying to get things ready so I don't have to worry about it after baby comes. I'm going to make lactation cookies but I just wanted to make up the dough, portion out dough balls and then freeze them so I can pull out however many I want at a time to bake. However, I know that you can freeze them, I just can't find anywhere how long they will be good for in the freezer, unbaked. I don't want to make them too early but I want to be prepared for a sudden, unexpected trip to the hospital. Can anyone shed any light on this for me?
