What do you think is better for cramps.

I do not know what to do because my grandparents say that I'm not allowed having a heating pad and they say I can not have any kind of pain medics for cramps and my grandmother says that cramps are just like little pinch their is no why it hurts that bad.

That is absolute bs. I’m lucky enough to have super mild cramps but my old best friend didn’t get so lucky. 
We used to live together & I remember every single month waking up to her sobbing attempting to relieve the pain somehow. When I finally woke she would cry to me like someone had just died or something. She would take baths at 3 am as hot as she could stand & then fill up a water bottle with almost boiling hot water to press on her uterus. She said the the warmth & the pressure from the water bottle was the only thing that slightly helped

You can make a microwavable heating pad out of a clean sock and dry rice.
Put the dry rice in the sock, tie a knot at the end. Microwave for 30 second intervals until you get it to your desired heat. 
Could probably easily hide it from your grandparents.

Why? I don’t get it! Do they like seeing you in pain or something? You should have a heating pad and four 200 mg tablets of ibuprofen every six hours. You should have your doctor write a note for you and show them.

I feel this is too controlling however on the point of pain from cramping, I have found myself in way less pain since using a cup instead of tampons. If an electric heating pad is the issue you can try a rice hot pad, I also like to use young livings “dragon time” oil on my belly and in my diffuser. Sorry you’re dealing with this, thankfully it’s a short lived pain!

Ibuprofen/Aleve/Advil are anti-inflammatories. I used to just get the store brand ibuprofen and take that. Nothing else worked. I used to get really bad cramps before having my first baby.

Heating pads have been my lifesaver for my periods. When I used to have horrendous cramps I’d use ibuprofen but now I just apply the heating pad to my pelvic area & let it sit. That heat is almost an instant healer.

I think maybe if you can't talk with your teacher you need to make an appointment to your gynecologist tell your grandparents its a check up that you need every lady needs them. Talk with that doc about how much pain ur in and how you don't feel like ur allowed to take care of your own body...you need to do this! And its ok to see your doctor while on your period if thats the case its just best to try to talk to someone to get the help you need
