Is it possible to have natural unmedicated birth?
Hi everyone, wanted to ask for your opinions here. I recently shared with some of my mom friends that I wanted to go for an unmedicated birth. Almost all of them told me that it is impossible and "don't be so hard on yourself". I'm a 18 weeks first-time mom and I just want to know if it's truly possible or I'm being unrealistic and naiive here...
