Didn’t know this would help me a lot...
With the stress of TTC for a long time and us moving out of state in 3 months, I just can’t seem to get a grip. Meditation has helped tremendously and I never will understand why I never tried meditation sooner. I just take 10-20 min after my workout to mediate and breathe. I’m hoping that this mixed with my active lifestyle & healthy eating, will finally help soothe my PCOS symptoms. And hopefully allow me to see a positive soon! I think the amount of stress i carry is one of the big factors as to why I’m not getting pregnant at all.
