For breastfed babies, how soon will you introduce a bottle, if at all?

My son was cluster feeding as soon as we brought him home. He was demanding to eat every 30ish minutes. It was exhausting and mentally taking everything out of my as I nursed over and over and over again, waiting for my milk to come in. 
I finally caved after a couple of days of bleeding/sore nipples and we supplemented formula. Best decision ever! We tried a different bottle everytime we used formula (he only gets a couple of ounces every other day or so) and found out what he likes/doesn't like. Thankfully he likes the Como Tomo bottles as we have the most of those. And he has no issues taking the formula. No gas, constipation, allergies, and so on. 
A fed baby is best! I still nurse him, I pump and bottle feed breast milk and formula when I haven't produced much and he's still demanding.

My baby dropped 10 percent weight in the hospital because it took a while for my milk to come in due to scheduled c section. We started supplementing with formula in the hospital in addition to breastfeeding, and eventually bottle feeding EBM. My nipples were pretty wrecked and were taking a while to heal so I was using a nipple shield. Baby had no problem switching back and forth from latching nipple shield to latching bottle. My milk is fully in now, so no need for bottles regularly, but we still use occasionally. I’m still using the nipple shield but plan to transition away from it once my nipples are healed, with the help of a lactation consultant!

I don’t have any plans at the moment! My first never would take a bottle (although I didn’t try introducing until almost 6 weeks) and it was easier for me to just breasfeed

Thanks everyone!! I breastfed my first until about 4-5 weeks and then introduced pumped breastmilk through a bottle. She took to it so well that she soon refused to continue breastfeeding. This became difficult once I went back to work because the opportunity to pump were minimal.  But my newest babe just wants to be attached to my boob at night and I would love if daddy could feed him at least once a night lol

i pumped and bottle fed right away but it created an oversupply / forceful fast letdown
