I was fit before pregnancy. I worked out a lot.

This is me before pregnancy.

During pregnancy, I gained 32 lbs. I gained weight everywhere.

Namely my legs but, didn’t realize I had gained on my sides and armpits as well until after delivery.

I am 3 weeks PP and lost over 20lbs without changing anything.

It seems the fat is still sitting in place but I have lost most of my belly!

I am feeling really good! Just cannot wait until I can go back to the gym!
