Possible to get pregnant the week before your period?

My period is two days late, but I’m still testing negative on pregnancy tests. I’ve never been this late except for the other time I was pregnant.
Has anyone ever gotten pregnant from having sex the week or a week and a half before their period? I know it’s unlikely but I’m curious 
How long after your missed period did you test positive on a urine test?

I mean, that’s usually how it works. You typically fall pregnant (implant) about 9-10DPO, which is within a week or so prior to when one would typically expect their period. If you are asking if you could fall pregnant from intercourse occurring just a week before a period, then that would be highly improbable, as ovulation would have most likely already occurred.
