What's your bedtime routine?

How's many ounces/ schedule of whole milk your lo drinking?

We haven't given milk yet. We're waiting for our 1 year appointment because we don't do dairy in our house so I'm waiting to talk to the doctor about almond milk or soy.
Right now our schedule is:
5:30- dinner
6:00- bath
6:30- brush teeth, pj's 
7:00- quiet playtime in his room
7:30- read books with 6oz bottle
8:00- asleep

Honestly.
5pm - 7:30pm - play time/trying foods/hanging out with Family/getting errands done
7:30pm - sleep routine (diaper change, breastfeeding, then holding and singing to sleep unless they fell asleep just after breastfeeding). 
If we stick to our 7:30pm time, shes using asleep in 15 minutes or less. If she's teething or still has too much energy then it can take longer, sometime up to an hour. 
I find that sticking to a nightly sleep time, everyday, and making sure her second nap isn't too late (aka after 5pm) and she gets enough play/crawling time. She is asleep pretty quick

Bedtime is 7:30p. We do a bath e/o night. We change him.  He gets an 8oz bottle (5oz breastmilk to 3oz ripple milk).  I sing and rock him while he’s drinking and then I put him down in the playpen and he goes to sleep.

6pm bottle (8oz cows milk, sometimes he only takes half of it depending how much he ate at dinner)
615pm bath time 
630pm bedtime

7:30pm booms downstairs
7:45pm 6oz bottle in her room (currently we’re at 50/50 milk vs formula)
8pm asleep
